1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the phingo platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the phingo Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the phingo platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the platform. Your continued use of phingo following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of phingo, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phingo or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of phingo services, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active phingo account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phingo login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phingo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• You must notify phingo immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
• phingo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or security compromise is suspected.
• Account credentials may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions on the phingo platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phingo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Philippine debit cards

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. phingo reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the policies of the relevant financial institution.

Anti-Money Laundering: phingo complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. All transactions are monitored. phingo reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phingo may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be claimed by the same individual more than once unless explicitly stated.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice.
• phingo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
• phingo reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phingo platform are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before participating in any game.

phingo uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently audited on a regular basis. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phingo platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

1. Registering more than one account or providing false registration information.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
3. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
4. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
5. Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the platform.
6. Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
7. Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
8. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phingo staff or other players.
9. Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tools, age verification measures, or self-exclusion orders.

8 Responsible Gaming

phingo is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

phingo provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phingo platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phingo content without prior written authorization.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phingo does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phingo makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

phingo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by the phingo Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering on phingo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and the provision of phingo services.

12 Amendments to These Terms

phingo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phingo will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the phingo platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting phingo support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, players may also seek recourse through the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanisms.
